Prerequisites

Students should have an understanding of basic project management concepts or some project management experience. Students who do not have an understanding of these concepts should consider taking Project Management Fundamentals.

Overview

This course shows participants how to direct project activities incorporating the critical aspects of time, cost and quality management based on Project Management Body of Knowledge principles (PMBOK).
