You will work with clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services, insurance, healthcare and pharmaceutical, retail, telecommunications, manufacturing, and petrochemical. You will be exposed to a broad range of client business challenges.
We are looking for experienced Agile Consultants / Agile Coaches.
You will be acting as a trusted adviser between clients' development teams and any distracting influences, guiding, facilitating workshops, reinforce the team with the rules and keep the team focused.
To be further considered, you will need: - Demonstrated experience working as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
- Demonstrated solid project management experience in projects using Agile methodology in large corporate environment
- Previous experience in coaching team members
- Demonstrated experience in leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication skills
